Savvy Knowledge (“we,” “our,” or “us”) respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how the Move Improve mobile application (“Move Improve” or “the App”) collects, uses, stores, and shares information when you use the App.
User Control: By default, all videos recorded by you are stored locally on your device. You choose whether to delete, share, or keep them.
Private Cloud Option: If your organization has licensed private cloud hosting, performance data (as described above) can be securely stored on our servers and accessed only by authorized users.
On-Premises Option: If your organization uses on-premises hosting, your data remains on their servers and is managed under their policies.
3. How We Use Your Information
We use your information to:
Deliver and improve the App’s training and assessment features.
Provide technical support and troubleshooting.
Generate anonymized, aggregated reports to improve training outcomes.
Maintain security and prevent unauthorized access.
We will never sell your data to third parties.

With your organization (if you are part of a licensed training program).

1. Information We Collect
We collect only the information necessary to provide our services:
Account Information: When you sign up, we may collect your name and email address.
Performance Data: The App can capture training activity data (performance assessment inputs) when you complete a Move Improve assessment. This information is only shared when it is manually uploaded to the server by the User.
Support Requests: Any information you provide when contacting us for help.
The only personal information collected includes name and email address. Instructors can also collect performance (assessment) data from their learners.
